Groupe Police welcomes Alice & Smith

Montréal, June 10, 2016 – Groupe Police, a company dedicated to marketing-communications entrepreneurs founded by Jean-Sébastien Monty and Sébastien Fauré, is proud to support Nathalie Lacoste and Andrea Doyon’s new venture: Alice & Smith. Specialized in game design and gamification, Alice & Smith aims to offer these services to innovative brands and organizations.

Having launched a number of digital companies since 1998 (an interactive agency, an organizational dashboard service, a cyber investigation agency, a cloud computing service and a big data analysis agency), Nathalie and Andrea decided to explore a service offer inspired by the world of video games, whose goal it is to help transform business practices. “We are living in an era where, in order to create memorable moments, conversations and consumer interactions must be based on emotion, experience and immersion. The language, tools and methodologies developed in the video game industry are a great source of inspiration for how to reach this goal in a different way,” explains Andrea Doyon, President and CEO of Alice & Smith.

“I’m proud to say that our partnership with Groupe Police will transform our business and push the limits of our shared success. In business, the key to success is knowing how to surround yourself with talented and inspiring people who share your values,” adds Nathalie Lacoste, Founder of Alice & Smith.

“We created Groupe Police to help entrepreneurs become a force in their industry by providing them with dynamic, adapted support. Nathalie and Andrea are pioneers in the digital world, and their intention to offer professional game design services is an intriguing challenge and a great opportunity for all the clients and organizations that we serve. We are very proud to be able to support and protect these professionals in their latest pursuit,” says Sébastien Fauré, CEO of Groupe Police.

Alice & Smith will help advertisers and companies break through the static that keeps them from reaching consumers and engaging them with the brand and its values. In the video game world, the consumer becomes a participant, an ambassador, who plays a collaborative role throughout the development process. The strength of an integrated approach, where marketing, public relations, sales and support teams work together, enables us to maximize the client experience. These same game design techniques can also be applied to internal communications and employee engagement.
